Hello. My name is Colleen Toohy I am a Victoria based nature photographer. I was born in southern Ontario and moved to beautiful British Columbia in 1978. I began selling my images as greeting cards in 1986, and since then my photographs have been published in local magazines, used in TV shows, presented at local fine art shows and sold to private collectors. I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors and am passionate about photographing birds in flight, kite boarders in action or capturing a moment in time while walking my faithful beagle, Lily.

I use a Nikon D7000 camera and my favourite lens is my 55-300m. If you are looking for a photograph for your home, office, book cover, or are staging a home for sale, please have a look at the selection of images in my gallery, which is also sorted by categories in a sub menu if you have a specific interest.
